Dr Stuart Wale is a potato consultant for Potato Dynamics Ltd. He was formerly Head of Crop Services and Dean at the Scottish Agricultural College, Aberdeen.

Dr Stuart Wale has spent over 40 years studying and giving advice on all aspects of potato production. His professional work has taken him to many countries across five continents. The potato has a fascinating history and there is much more to growing, storing and utilising potatoes than consumers realise. Stuart will share his enthusiasm for the third most important crop in the world and provide an insight into the intriguing world of the spud.
